Welcome to RankRocket. By accessing our website or using our SEO and marketing services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully.
1. Services
RankRocket provides SEO strategy, content optimization, technical SEO, digital PR, analytics, consulting, and related marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be defined in written proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), or project agreements.
2. Fees & Payment
- Fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Invoices are payable within the specified due date.
- Late payments may pause or delay ongoing work.
- All fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate business information and timely feedback
- Grant necessary access (CMS, analytics, tools, etc.)
- Assign a primary point of contact for communication
- Implement recommended changes unless implementation is included in the service package
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns all final deliverables created by RankRocket.
- RankRocket retains rights to internal processes, templates, frameworks, and methodologies.
- We may use anonymized results or case studies in our portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.
5. No Guarantees
SEO involves variables outside our control (algorithms, competition, industry trends). Therefore RankRocket does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankRocket’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the previous 3 months.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including revenue loss, business interruption, or data loss.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Work completed up to the termination date remains payable by the client.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and secure. This includes business data, strategies, credentials, analytics, and other non-public information.
9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
- We may use third-party tools such as Google Analytics, GSC, CMS plugins, or link-building platforms.
- RankRocket is not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party tools or platforms.
10. Updates & SEO Changes
Search engines frequently update algorithms. While we follow best practices, RankRocket is not responsible for ranking fluctuations or penalties caused by external algorithmic changes.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our website or services for:
- Illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
- Copying or reverse-engineering our processes or site code
- Spamming, fraud, or black-hat SEO activities
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction (update this based on your country/state). Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
